Criminal Punishments for Complicity in the Scamdemic: Part 1: Capital Punishment

Share:

This series includes my own thoughts on how to apply, or possibly apply, Scripture to punish — if found guilty in a court of law — those pushing the genocidal and economically devastating Scamdemic.

Great wisdom is needed to properly determine criminal penalties for varying levels of complicity of Corona Fascism. It will require judges with minds conformed to Scripture. My own thoughts on applying biblical principles regarding punishments are offered here as a starting point for better students of Scripture to correct or to build upon. Hopefully this will get the conversation started, and that, Lord willing, in time, justice will be carried out.

“A wise king winnows the wicked and drives the wheel over them.” (Proverbs 20:26, ESV)

If those planning, pushing, and implementing the Scamdemic ever go to trial, what kind of penalties should they face? For this series, let’s go to Scripture, which provides the objective, infallible standard of justicesince God, not man, is the source of justice.

The Bible has much to say on crime and punishment, especially in the Old Testament. Yes, of course not all laws from the Old Testament bind us today; an obvious example are the ceremonial laws, which are abolished by the finished work of Christ.

But many Old Testament laws are still binding; for example, no Christian would dispute that blasphemy, lying, and murder are still sinful. This is because, while the moral law, in the 10 Commandments, cannot save, it remains mankind’s standard of right and wrong.

What about Old Testament law as it relates to civil government in particular? Per 2 Timothy 3:16, 17, “All Scripture” (not just the New Testament) equips “for every good work.” Scripture speaks to all of life, not just private matters, and it is mostly the Old Testament — not the New — which gives specific instruction for civil government.

While some Old Testament civil laws are abolished in the New Covenant era, surely laws regarding the protection of life, property, and liberty — which are foundational to legitimate civil governments — are matters that we can consult the Old Testament for. Life, property, and liberty are perpetual concerns of every people; even non-Christian societies, though inconsistent, know to legislate regarding these areas.

Capital punishment — as found in the Old Testament — for particular crimes against one’s neighbor, then, is not out of the question; indeed, per Romans 13, the New Testament still requires the use of the sword (a weapon of execution) for certain crimes.

One cannot implement biblical punishments without first implementing biblical due process. Whoever is brought to trial, the trial must be fair, with sufficient evidence to convict. The burden of proof is on the accusers, and there are safeguards for the accused (e.g., Scripture requires the testimony of 2-3 witnesses [Deuteronomy 19:15], a thorough investigation by judges [Deut. 19:18], and the punishment of false witnesses [Deut. 19:18, 19]).

Of course, for many complicit in the Scamdemic, there is no shortage of public, incriminating evidence.

We will begin the series on criminal punishments for complicity in the Scamdemic with capital punishment. Topics include:

  • Scripture and the death penalty for murder
  • The death penalty and criminal intent
  • Scripture and the death penalty for kidnapping
  • The death penalty and severe medical harm
  • Other areas for consideration of capital punishment

Scripture and the death penalty for murder

Scripture requires the death penalty for murder. For instance:

Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image. (Genesis 9:6, ESV)

Whoever strikes a man so that he dies shall be put to death. But if he did not lie in wait for him, but God let him fall into his hand, then I will appoint for you a place to which he may flee. But if a man willfully attacks another to kill him by cunning, you shall take him from my altar, that he may die. (Exodus 21:12-14, ESV)

This would obviously apply to those who intentionally plan and/or use vaccination and COVID hospital protocols to murder others.

But also, those who do not intend murder, but who know that such actions can cause death, and yet plan or do them anyway. For example — those with a goal to vaccinate to experiment on others, and those who look the other way because they make money off of vaccination and the hospital protocols.

In addition, Exodus 21:28-30 describes the moral culpability of neglecting to take safety precautions after one is warned about a particular danger — which, if it results in death, may require the death penalty as well. We discuss this more here. This is an instance where the death penalty applies even without malicious intent, and so might also apply to vaccinators and those who push deadly hospital protocols.

Other areas of murder/negligent killing regarding the Scamdemic that must be addressed include:

  • The neglect of urgent, life or death hospital treatment as a result of the unnecessary lockdowns.
  • Possible deaths due to masks, which harm the immune system, restrict oxygen intact, etc.
  • Suicides due to isolation.
  • Fatal health problems due to unnecessary-generated fear.

The last three in this list may be very hard to legally prove, but they are worth pursuing in a court of law, as surely they have resulted in many deaths.

The death penalty and criminal intent

Intent to murder alone — regardless of outcome — might make one liable to capital punishment. Deuteronomy 19:16-21 requires punishing malicious trial witnesses — even if their intent to harm the accused fails. If their goal was the death of the accused (by falsely accusing them in a capital case), then they themselves should suffer the death penalty.

Even though this speaks in the context of the courtroom setting, perhaps the principle of punishing the malicious in proportion to how they wanted to harm the innocent biblically extends to all scenarios.

Interestingly, we know that in the book of Esther that Haman was executed for his plan to massacre the Jews — a punishment that seems completely just. Today, the genocide being carried out in the name of COVID is on a much greater scale than Haman conceived. Not even Haman was looking to commit genocide on the entire world.

As such, let us consider how capital punishment might apply regarding certain aspects of the COVID narrative. For example, those who designed vaccines and hospital protocols with the goal of mass murder may have been biblically liable for the death penalty even before the murderous plot was carried out.

As so, while medical genocide in the name of stopping COVID is already being carried out — and thus when it comes to a trial, it is no longer just a matter of intent, but actual murder, which carries the death penalty in and of itself — the death penalty for intent not yet carried out is worth consideration for punishing those plotting future medical murder in the name of COVID (or anything else).

Scripture and the death penalty for kidnapping

In Scripture, kidnapping with the goal of enslaving someone is a capital offense:

Whoever steals a man and sells him, and anyone found in possession of him, shall be put to death. (Exodus 21:16, ESV)

If a man is found stealing one of his brothers of the people of Israel, and if he treats him as a slave or sells him, then that thief shall die. So you shall purge the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 24:7, ESV)

Could the underlying principle of this punishment apply to those who engage in medical kidnapping?

We have seen as part of the COVID hospital protocols where those undergoing deadly COVID “treatments” are kept isolated from their family members. This, of course, makes it easier for hospitals, among other evil things, to get away with murdering patients (whether deliberate, or due to reckless endangerment for money or social pressure).

It is obvious it is kidnapping when, due to COVID protocols, people are kept from leaving the hospital against their will. Or, even when patients do not oppose COVID protocols requiring them to stay at the hospital, but are cognitively unable to decide for themselves whether they can leave.

In short, it may not be “against their will” — but their cognitive state is taken advantage of, which may amount to practical kidnapping, since there is no practical consent. Examples might be confining a child, someone mentally challenged, or an elderly person in cognitive decline. Or, a person who is simply fed a narrative of lies who cannot make informed consent.

Another example of medical kidnapping would be children who are taken from their parents in the name of “medical neglect” because the parents did not want to harm their children via vaccination or COVID protocols.

The death penalty and severe medical harm

What about when someone doesn’t die from the vaccination or COVID hospital protocols, but suffers severely, such as brain damage or cardiac problems? Would the culprit deserve capital punishment in these cases, since the person’s life has in effect been stolen from him?

Kidnapping with the goal of enslaving someone is a capital offense, as we’ve noted; it is, in a sense, robbing one of his life. Perhaps the equity of this law extends to unwarranted severe medical injury, which may rob one of his life even more than labor enslavement: heart problems, autism, severe fatigue, etc. This is a kind of involuntary slavery as well; an enslavement to poor health which negatively impacts every area of life — financial, familial, social, etc.

Other areas for consideration of capital punishment

Are there other crimes related to the Scamdemic that may biblically warrant capital punishment as well? Perhaps.

Capital punishment and incorrigible criminals

Biblically speaking, should incorrigible criminals be liable for capital punishment? That is, those who continue in crimes that are not capital individually, but who constantly afflict and subvert society by continuing to engage in them?

Perhaps. In Deuteronomy 17:12, we find capital punishment for a circumstance involving contempt for ruling authorities; perhaps the principle extends to punishing those with contempt for the rule of law — such as incorrigible criminals. And in Deuteronomy 21:18-21, we find capital punishment for an incorrigibly rebellious son (although not a young child — at least an adolescent or young adult — he must be old enough to be a “drunkard”).

In light of this, it is worth considering whether some who persist in pushing the Scamdemic narrative be considered incorrigible criminals — and thus liable to capital punishment.

Capital punishment and treasonous/subversive behavior

Biblically speaking, should treasonous/subversive behavior be liable for capital punishment? At least when it reaches a certain point?

As far as examples of capital punishments for treason, we have God ordering (via Moses) those who were not on His side to be put to the sword (Exodus 32:25-27). Adonijah, after being spared his first attempt to usurp the throne, was put to death by Solomon after his second attempt (1 Kings 2).

Also, in Deuteronomy 13 we find the death penalty for attempts to overthrow a God-centered social order by seducing others to follow false gods.

Regarding these texts, we obviously don’t have a theocracy to defend, like Israel; and we don’t have an anointed ruler like Solomon. But perhaps there are general principles here for the defense of the social order.

The COVID Scamdemic has been a pretext to demolish our Constitutional liberties (or for other countries, human liberties in general), enslave and mass murder the population, and pave the way for a Globalist Technocracy; a New World Order — “The Great Reset”. If this is not treason and subversion, then nothing is.

As such, it is worth considering whether those pushing the Scamdemic — at least those at the top and in higher levels of authority — be considered dangerous subversives who deserve the death penalty. (Of course, even without this, they would still deserve the death penalty for mass murder alone.)

Concluding thoughts

As we have shown, Scripture requires the death penalty for murder and kidnapping; possibly for killing via criminal negligence and simply having murderous intent; and maybe even for incorrigible criminality and treasonous/subversive behavior.

In any case, considering the COVID Scamdemic, how many should we expect to be found guilty after a fair trial and executed for mass murder and other serious crimes against humanity? Tons. Even regarding the COVID death shot alone, this seems to be by far the greatest coordinated genocide and assault on liberty in the history of man.

Of course, the countless number of people involved with the COVID scam working at various levels have varying degrees of complicity. When determining penalties for, say, vaccination and harmful hospital protocols, judges must take into account degrees of aggravations and mitigations regarding knowledge of the danger; intent; and the harm that results. The challenge with the latter is that harm can come later in life — making it difficult to legally prove it came from the vaccine or hospital protocol.

Those who bear the greatest responsibility are those in positions of the greatest influence and authority: wealthy elites who plot and fund the Scamdemic; medical authorities who “legitimize” it; heads of media organizations who perpetuate it; technocrats who suppress information exposing it; and politicians who empower and enforce it.

God is the ultimate judge, and He will bring about the punishment of the guilty — if not providentially in courts of law or direct punishments in this life, He will in the next; save for the guilty who find atonement in the saving work of Jesus Christ.

In the next post, we discuss other penalties in Scripture that could apply to those complicit in the Scamdemic.
