The Vaccine Court: More Evidence of Vaccine Corruption and Mass Murder

The vaccine court is further proof for corruption and mass murder regarding vaccines. Here we will explain why.

(Also note, President Reagan signed the legislation into law that brought this court about — think twice before you believe Republicans will change things for the better. Both parties serve Big Pharma and the genocidal Globalists.)

The American public is largely unaware that there is a vaccine court known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP). This program was started as a result of a law passed in 1986 that gave pharmaceutical companies total legal immunity from being sued due to injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines. If you or a family member is injured or dies from vaccines, you must now sue the federal government in this special vaccine court. Many cases are litigated for years before a settlement is reached.

The program is not intended to protect people from vaccine injury, but to protect vaccine companies from financial injury. Nevertheless, its existence is an admission by the government that vaccines can injure and kill. Robert Moxley – an attorney who has been significantly involved in defending families within the program – states:

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act was passed in 1986, under the shadow of multi-million dollar jury verdicts against the makers of the Diphtheria Pertussis and Tetanus (DPT) vaccine. Congress announced that vaccine injuries and deaths are real and provided that vaccine-injured children and their families would be financially compensated.

The Pace Environmental Law Review notes acknowledged vaccine reactions at the time:

When Congress passed the 1986 Law, there were several recognized vaccine injuries, including anaphylaxis, encephalopathy, paralytic polio, chronic arthritis, residual seizure disorder, and death.

The following from a government document recognizes at least some injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines when it discusses receiving compensation through the vaccine injury program. It is a documented admission that vaccines are not safe, but that they might injure or kill you.

The following is a table of vaccines, the injuries, disabilities, illnesses, conditions, and deaths resulting from the administration of such vaccines, and the time period in which the first symptom or manifestation of onset or of the significant aggravation of such injuries, disabilities, illnesses, conditions, and deaths is to occur after vaccine administration for purposes of receiving compensation under the Program:

Since the vaccine injury program removes liability from vaccine companies, its existence speaks to the corrupting control vaccine companies have over our government – and that our government is biased in favor of them. Not only this, but the removal of liability also incentivizes vaccine genocide on a greater scale – contrary to the notion that the court is designed to protect us from vaccine harm.

Vaccines are so dangerous the vaccine companies would have been put out of business through litigation, so they shielded themselves using the government, just one example of how Corporations control governments. Also it did away with one of the motives to make safer vaccines–threat of litigation. Not that there is such a thing as a safe vaccine …. Just some are less dangerous than others. Vaccines are designed to provide a market of sick kids for Allopathy Inc to feed off.

The removal of liability not only meant they could make vaccines “less safe” than before without repercussions, but increase the number and frequency of inherently dangerous vaccines in the vaccine schedule without repercussions (and thus more opportunity to inflict sickness and murder). The schedule continues to grow. Compare the childhood/adolescent vaccine schedule from 1989 with that from 2022.

As the vaccine court incentivizes vaccine genocide, it also disincentives compensation for vaccine-caused harm. Roadblocks to justice are designed. The first is ignorance: few know about the court. Again, from vaccine injury attorney Robert Moxley:

The Department of Health and Human Services neglected its statutory duty to publicize the program. The original statute of limitations had to be extended. A flood of late petitions were filed by families that could not find counsel to file in time. In fact, a large percentage of the initial cases were filed simply because the families had learned about the Act from an article written by my law partner and I, that was published in the September 1989 issue of Exceptional Parent Magazine.

The second is the statute of limitations:

I have received several calls from potential clients whose children have suffered from adverse reactions to vaccines. Sadly, I have had to inform these parents that they missed the statute of limitations and are unable to sue. …

The third is the financial disincentive for lawyers to win:

Attorneys are eligible for reasonable attorneys’ fees, whether or not the petitioner is awarded compensation by the Court, if certain minimal requirements are met. In those circumstances, attorneys are paid by the VICP directly. By statute, attorneys may not charge any other fee, including a contingency fee, for his or her services in representing a petitioner in the VICP.

(This is not to say that all such attorneys only care about money. There are surely some who go the extra mile to win for their clients. But one wonders how many may not, given the financial disincentive.)

Fourth — if your child is injured by vaccines, don’t expect from the outset to get future compensation. That’s right. The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Compensation Act – which resulted in the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program – hardly, if any, compensates for childhood vaccine injuries.

[W]hat would you think if I told you the NVICP no longer covers childhood injuries from vaccines? … Congress never intended the Program to cover vaccine injuries for adults. But it does today. To the extent that in the last fiscal year, FY2019 which ended September 30, 2019, nearly 94 percent of all compensations for injury or death were awarded to adult petitioners.

Fifth, the barriers in the process: the hoops, the red tape, time, burnout, fatigue – even death while waiting. From a couple sources:

Established by Congress as a direct result of the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, the NVICP was supposed to offer a no-fault alternative to the traditional injury claims filed in state or federal courts and was to provide quick, efficient, and fair compensation for those who have been injured by vaccines. The reality, however, is that many cases take several years or longer to complete and require tremendous commitment from families already pushed to the brink of bankruptcy caring for the vaccine-injured family member, only to discover that the end result is manipulated by the government in defense of the US vaccine policy.

A system intended to speed help to vaccine-injured Americans has instead heaped additional suffering on thousands of families,” explains the AP [Associated Press} report. “Most non-autism cases take at least two and a half years, with the average case length more than three years, not including cases unresolved at the end of 2012. Hundreds have surpassed the decade mark. Several people died before getting any money.”

Sixth, even if compensation is awarded, it may be far from adequate.

Congress outlined in statute that the compensable award for vaccine-related death would be capped at $250,000. …

Everyone knows that $250,000 in 1986 dollars does not equate to the same amount in today’s currency. Applying the US Department of Labor Statistics Inflation calculator, the $250,000 would be equal in 2020 dollars to approximately $570,000.

Congress needs to reexamine the death benefit statute and increase the dollar amount to levels found in similar compensation programs such as the September 11th Fund.

Seventh, expect intimidation throughout the process – and even afterwards if things conclude favorably.

For families and parents of children who have filed petitions in the NVICP, the word intimidation will describe the actions of DOJ attorneys and their conduct toward them and their medical experts during hearings and also during negotiations after damages have been awarded.

Intimidation is also the word to describe pro-Pharma media and Internet bloggers who write articles trying to defame the reputations of families who have won compensation in the NVICP.

Nevertheless, the pretense of justice must be maintained, and so sometimes, people are compensated. As of June 1, 2023, since 1989, there has been 9,831 compensated awards for a total of $4,559,313,794.59. (Source)

And so, despite being rigged in favor of vaccines, the vaccine court is, for several reasons, further evidence of vaccine corruption and mass murder:

  • Vaccines are so dangerous that the drug companies would have had to stop selling vaccines due to litigation, if not for the court which protects them from liability.
  • The existence of the court acknowledges the fact that vaccines cause injury and death.
  • In public documentation, our government publicly admits to certain injuries and deaths from particular vaccines when discussing qualifications for compensation.
  • The court has awarded compensation for many due to vaccine-caused injuries and deaths.
  • The lengths our government goes to discourage both knowledge of the court and favorable outcomes for vaccine victims and/or their families who make use of the court proves an attempt to conceal a much greater vaccine holocaust than it will recognize via compensations. And of course our government would, since it is owned by the corrupt vaccine companies (as seen, for example, shown in the fact that the court exists to protect vaccine companies from liability).
  • The creation of the vaccine court to protect vaccine companies from liability allows such companies to create more dangerous vaccines and vaccine schedules without fear of repercussions. Obviously, this is happening.
